Your next customer is asking AI who to call.

I build websites for established local businesses, then keep working on them month after month so the people searching for what you do can find you. Start by seeing how your current site reads.

Free. About a minute. You see your score before I ask for anything.

Who I build for

You built a good business the slow way.

Three years in, or thirty. The work is good, the reviews say so, and referrals keep the calendar full most months. Then something shifts. A newer shop starts showing up ahead of you on Google. A customer mentions they looked at your website, and you wince. Or you're adding a service, a location or a few more people, and word of mouth can't carry that alone.

More of the people who would hire you are asking a map or an AI tool before they ask a neighbor. If your business isn't clear to those tools, they find someone else first.

  • No website yet.

You've run on word of mouth this long, and it worked. It just can't reach anyone who hasn't heard of you.

  • A website from years ago.

It was fine when someone built it. It was built before people started asking AI who to call.

  • A website that looks fine and does nothing.

It has your logo and your number. It doesn't tell Google, the map or an AI tool what you do and where you do it.

Wherever you're starting, the work is the same. Make it unmistakable what you do and where, then keep it that way.

How people find a business now

If AI can't understand your business, it can't recommend it.

People ask Google, ChatGPT and the map who to call for a leaking water heater, a sore shoulder, or a kid's first martial arts class. Those tools read your website and your Google profile to decide who comes up. A site that doesn't say clearly what you do and where you do it gets passed over, and you never find out the call existed.

Anyone can generate a website now. That is the problem. AI didn't make good web design cheap. It made bad web design free. I've been building websites for twenty years, and the tools that flooded the internet with pretty sites that do nothing made that experience worth more, not less.

The Local Visibility System

One system, in two parts.

Getting found is a build. Staying found is a habit. So this isn't a website with an upsell attached. It's one piece of work in two phases.

Phase one

The website

Custom built so a customer can find it, trust it and call from it, and so Google, the map and AI tools can all read what you do and where. You own it outright.

  • A homepage that names your service and your city in the first line a customer reads
  • A way to call, book or request a quote from the front page, without hunting
  • A page for each service you want more of, and for the areas you actually serve
  • Your real work and your real photos, not a stock photo of a stranger
  • Your Google Business Profile aligned to the site so both say the same thing
  • Structure Google and AI search can read, including the schema underneath
  • Revisions until you approve, within four weeks of kickoff

Phase two

The work that keeps you found

Every month, new posts in your voice on your site and your Google profile, a re-run of your score, and one page on what moved.

  • Five short questions by email, about five minutes of your time
  • Two blog posts and four Google posts drafted in your voice
  • A human reads and edits every word before it goes out
  • It still publishes if you go quiet, written from your site and past answers
  • Your score re-run every month, and the AI Mention Check every quarter

Phase two is included free for the first three months after launch.

After that it's monthly, with no contract, and you can cancel any month.

Your price is locked the day you start and never goes up.

The website is one project fee, paid once. My side takes 7 to 10 business days from kickoff, and after launch, edits and updates are included for a full year. I take two builds at a time, so you get my full attention on yours. I'll give you the numbers on the call.

How we keep score

Your scoreboard is graded by ChatGPT, Google and Perplexity. Not by me.

Before we build anything, I write five questions the way your customers actually ask them. I ask those same five questions on ChatGPT, Google's AI answer and Perplexity. That's fifteen answers, and every one gets one of three grades.

  • Named

The answer recommends you or lists you as a real option. The only grade that counts as a win.

  • Shows up

You appear somewhere in the answer or its sources, but the customer gets sent elsewhere. Counted separately, never folded in.

  • Absent

    You're not there at all.

Every run also records who the answer did name. That's the list of who you're up against in AI search, and it's hard to get anywhere else. The same five questions run again at day 90 and every quarter after, so you see the trend.

I don't promise you'll be named. Nobody honest can. What I promise is the work that makes it possible, and a scoreboard that tells both of us whether it's paying off. If the number is zero, I show you zero.

Under the scoreboard sits your Visibility Check score, re-run every month to show the work done on your site. The two are never averaged into one number, because they measure different things.

Every month

Five minutes a month from you. The rest is on me.

  1. Ask

    Five short questions.

By email, early in the month. What customers are asking, what came up on the job, anything new.

  2. Draft

    Written in your voice.

Two blog posts and four Google posts from your answers, or from your site if you didn't get to them.

  3. Approve

    I read every word.

Nothing publishes without a human editing it.

  4. Publish

Up on your site and profile.

Scheduled onto your website and your Google Business Profile once it's approved.

  5. Re-score

    One page on what moved.

Your score re-run each month. Every quarter the Mention Check runs too and leads the page.

Your site is optimized from the day it launches. Ranking is not. That takes months, and those are the months this covers.

What stays true

What you can count on, in plain words.

  • I built your site, so I make the change myself. No ticket, no handoff, nobody to wait for.
  • Your content is written from your answers, in your voice.
  • Nothing publishes without a human editing it.
  • Your scoreboard is graded by ChatGPT, Google and Perplexity, not by me.
  • Your price is locked the day you start and never goes up.

Your domain, your logins and your content are yours from day one. After the first year of included edits there is an optional yearly maintenance plan, and you can drop it anytime.

Real businesses, built the same way.

I'm a husband, a father of two boys, and a community leader here in Sacramento. I've been building websites for twenty years, since my senior year of high school. I build for owners who do good work and deserve to be found for it, and I treat your business like it's my own.

Questions

Answers, up front.

How much does a website cost?

I price by the project, not the hour. It's one fee, paid once, and the site is yours from day one. I'll give you the number on our call once I know what your business actually needs, so you're hearing the real price instead of a guess.

Is there a monthly fee?

The website has none, and it's yours whether or not you keep me on. The monthly work is included free for the first three months after launch. After that it's optional, with no contract, and your price is locked the day you start. If you ever stop, nothing gets taken down. Everything that published stays live and stays yours.

Can you guarantee I'll show up first on Google or in AI answers?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. Where you show up depends on your market and your competition. What I control is whether your site and your Google profile give Google and AI every reason to choose you, and the scoreboard shows you honestly whether it's working.

How long does it take?

My side takes 7 to 10 business days from kickoff. Kickoff means signed, paid, and your photos and answers are in. Revisions run until you approve, within four weeks of kickoff.

I already have a website, or none at all. Where do we start?

Either way works. If you have a site, I keep what's working, like your domain, your reviews and your history, and rebuild what isn't. If your domain is with someone else, I help you get it back in your name first. If you have nothing, we start from what you do have: your work, your reviews, your Google profile, and what your best customers say about you.

I've been burned before. Why is this different?

Most of my clients were burned first. A builder who took the money and ran, or an agency that charged monthly for a dashboard. You own everything from day one, there's no lock-in, and I explain every piece in plain language.

I run a chiropractic practice. Is this for me?

Chiropractic sites have their own rules and their own build, so they have their own home: The Chiro Site Club.
